 40 people from Austria, Germany, Greece, Italy and Poland at the age of 20 to 30 try in Krzyżowa to discover and define what notions of nation and patriotism mean nowadays for young generation. How much does nationality influence our identity? How can we definethe patriotism of today without falling into the trap of nationalism?As participants, you look for the meaning of the key words: nation, patriotism and identity in the past as well as in the political and social debate of the 21st century. Furthermore in a series of interviews with young people from your countries you research and analyse opinions of the young generation. The results of the research will be composed and published at the end of the project. Parallel to the political and historical analysis a series of workshops on nationality and identity take place.
